born of good friendship
the friendship stone came into being over coffee with a good friend, as we talked about our kids and their growing pains. My friend wished she could be there for her son in his times of doubt.
On a recent trip to South Africa, I discovered beautiful Tiger’s Eye stones and added several to my collection. I suggested she give him one, which he could carry with him as a reminder of her presence, her love and his own beauty as he faced his daily challenges.
